1. Definitions

In these T&Cs, capitalized terms have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• “Company” means RT-ABC Ltd., a company formed under the laws of England & Wales (Company Number 15792729) with offices at 19 Granville Road, London, England, N4 4EJ.

• “License” refers to the license granted under Section 4.

• “Material” includes guides, resources, videos, and other materials created by us.

• “Platform” refers to the online system through which the Course is hosted and provided.

2. Course Details

• Online Component:
  • 24 months of access
  • Includes video and written materials
  • Materials included are detailed at https://online.rt-abc.com/course/online-course
  • New material updates included
• Face-to-Face Course:
  • 2-3 day duration
  • Held every 3-4 months
  • In various geographic locations
• Mentoring:
  • 6 months post-course support
  • The mentoring support consists of monthly webinars (lasting approximately 1 hour each) with pre-submitted questions (mostly clinical cases)
  • All clinical material must be anonymized
  • Questions accepted only via contact@rt-abc.com

3. Online Course Enrollment

To enroll in the online part of the Course, you must complete the following steps:

• Complete the online registration form.
• Fill out all required fields.
• Pay the required fees (see Section 6).
• Accept these T&Cs by checking the relevant box.
• Set up a username and password to access the Course.

By accepting the T&Cs, you are entering a legally binding contract (the “Contract”). If you do not wish to be bound, do not access the Course. Fees are non-refundable.

4. Services

Upon completing your enrolment to the online course, we will provide access to the online Course via the Platform and access to learning materials contained within the learning platform.  

We retain ownership of all online Course materials and may update them as needed.

The comprehensive course includes the online component, the face to face training sessions and the 6 months of mentoring webinars (as in section 2 of these terms and conditions).

5. License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the online Course and materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not:

• Share or distribute Course materials.
• Modify any part of the Course.
• Share login credentials with others.
• Record or copy Course sessions.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without a refund.

6. Your Conduct

• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Do not disclose personal data of third parties.

7. Fees

• Fees vary based on the Course package selected.

• Fees may attract VAT or other sales taxes, according to the location of the purchaser.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limited Warranty & Liability

• We aim to ensure that Course materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• We do not guarantee that participation will result in professional success.
• Our liability is limited to the refund of fees paid.

9. Confidentiality

All Course materials and commercial terms are confidential. You must not share them without prior written permission.

10. Termination

Your access to the Course remains valid for 24 months unless terminated due to a breach of these T&Cs.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
